We recognize that the demographics of today’s work force have changed dramatically. There are more single parents, more dual income families, and older workers re-entering the workplace. The "one size-fits-all" benefit package no longer meets the needs of this diverse group of employees. That is why our portfolio is constantly evolving to be the most comprehensive package of insurance products and services available in the industry.


  • We feature multiple carriers that provide Health, Dental, Long and Short Term Disability, Long Term Care, Group Life and Voluntary Insurance plans.
  • We provide Flexible Benefit Plans (Section 125), Premium Only Plans, Dependent Care and Medical Spending Accounts, with plan implementation and on-line support for employer and employee.
  • Before enrollment, we develop a comprehensive plan to properly communicate the choices being offered. Our dynamic software is so flexible we can tailor all benefit communications to each individual employee.
  • Our award winning software, EasyHRwebTM, allows total benefit communication that helps employees enroll, review, understand and appreciate their current benefit options and selections.
  • We also provide ongoing and on-line support and training through our dedicated EasyBenefits Service Representative (EBSR) with:
    • Plan Administrator contact for billing service and setup;
    • Individual carrier contact for underwriting completion and policy issue;
    • Assistant with claims or benefit information; and
Our EBSR is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
